Whenever you add or edit or your data, you must go to Step 2 in the Design Results Page section and click on the Test Data button in order for the changes to take effect. I Changed the Number of Results for My Results Page, But I'm Still Getting the Old Number of Results When I Try It from My Site. Help! Unlike all other properties, when you change the Number of Results after going live with it, you must refetch the HTML code and replace it in your application. You must log back into FastSite, change the Number of Results property, go to Step 2 and hit Test Data, and then refetch the HTML code. I Click The 'Get HTML' Button And I Get An Error Saying 'You Must Be Logged In To Access This Feature', But I am Logged In. Help! First, make sure you are really logged into your FastSite account. If you are logged in, the word Members should appear at the upper left corner of your window, followed by a Log Out link. Once you have confirmed you are indeed logged into FastSite, then the problem is that you have cookies disabled in your browser. FastSite uses a session cookie to confirm that you are logged in. Please note that if you have cookies disabled, this error message may appear anytime you attempt to access a feature in FastSite and not just when you go to retrieve the HTML code. To fix the problem, enable cookies in your browser. Internet Explorer enables cookies by default. However, if you see this error message, you may need to adjust the Security settings. To do this, click the Tools menu and select Internet Options. Then click the Security tab and adjust the settings appropriately. For Netscape users, click the Edit menu and select Preferences. Go to the Advanced tab and check the appropriate box under the Cookies section. The Gold account features list 'Unlimited'. What exactly do you mean by 'Unlimited'? For Gold accounts, we allow an 'Unlimited' number of lists and an 'Unlimited' number of entries within those lists. By 'Unlimited', we mean that you can have as many lists or entries as needed so long as the number of them does not exhaust FastSite server resources. Should the server resources be seriously compromised, then FastSite will need to discuss your usage requirements further. If I Need More Help Than What Is Provided In The Online Help, What Do I Do? First, take a look at the FastSite guides, which are available in PDF format, to see if your question is answered in them. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat reader, you can download it for free by clicking here. These guides provide step-by-step instructions. Three guides are available. You can download them by clicking on the links below.
